저는 연세대학교와 미네소타 대학교에서 학위를 받았습니다. 박사 학위를 마친 후 미국 Case Western Reserve 대학교에서 Post-doctoral scholar로 연구활동을 하였으며, 현재 인사조직 분야의 조교수로 재직 중입니다. 저는 고용관계와 관련된 다양한 이슈들을 연구하고 있으며, 특히 기업의 효율성과 사회적 책임, 그리고 종업원의 경영참여에 관심을 가지고 있습니다.
